The Belarusian airline Belavia announced a reduction in prices for a number of transit flights connecting Russia and Turkmenistan via Minsk. The special promotional tariff will be valid until October 26, 2024 for routes from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Turkmenbashy and back, the carrier reported on its official website.
The promotion applies to the following directions: Moscow – Minsk – Turkmenbashy; St. Petersburg – Minsk – Turkmenbashy, as well as return routes through Minsk.
For citizens of Turkmenistan, special conditions for transit through Belarus are provided: a visa is not required for transit lasting no more than a day and provided that the passenger does not leave the airport.
It Is important to note that for optimal transit, it is recommended to check in for the entire route in advance and have boarding passes for both flights in hand.
Belavia also reminds that information on the entry of foreign citizens into Russia should be clarified with the competent authorities of the Russian Federation.
