Today, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmed Gurbanov took part in the ministerial session of the third “Voice of the Global South” summit, organized by the Government of the Republic of India online.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, more than 100 countries of the world took part in the summit. Participants were united by the common theme of “Empowering the Global South for a Sustainable Future.”
The purpose of the summit is to develop specific proposals to deepen mutually beneficial regional cooperation and solve pressing problems of developing countries.
A. Gurbanov In his speech confirmed the position of Turkmenistan, which advocates constructive cooperation on the principles of neutrality and peaceful coexistence. He noted that the country aims to further expand partnerships in the field of transport and energy.
