President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Iraq Abdul Latif Rashid, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al Sudani and the people of Iraq on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, TDH reports.
In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that relations between Turkmenistan and Iraq are based on mutual respect, equality and trust. The head of state expressed confidence in the further strengthening of bilateral ties and the expansion of interstate cooperation in the interests of both peoples.
The President of Turkmenistan also wished the Iraqi leaders good health and prosperity, and the people of Iraq progress and prosperity.
