President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with leaders of the agricultural sector. Deputy chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, velayat hyakims, heads of relevant ministries and departments, as well as other relevant leaders were invited to the meeting.
According to TDH, during the meeting the state of affairs in the velayats and the agricultural sector of the country was reviewed, and organizational issues were discussed. Hyakims, Minister of Agriculture Charyyar Chetiyev and Deputy Prime Minister Tangryguly Atahalliyev presented reports on the work done, including the status of construction of facilities planned for opening this year, and preparations for the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
In addition, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, Toyly Malikov, presented a report on investments in the agricultural sector. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed documents on the appointment and dismissal of leaders and made decisions on a number of other issues.
