In the women's doubles category of the international tennis tournament Ashgabat Open 2024 among players under 14 years old, the participants of the semi-final matches have been determined. As predicted, all the first seeded four athletes have reached the next stage of the competition, reports “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
In the first semi-final match, Ilima Huseynova and Aylara Kakabayeva will take to the court to face the duo of Aynur Agamuradova/Jennet Orazaliyeva.
In the second semi-final, viewers will see a confrontation between the mixed Turkmen-Uzbek pair Sulgun Ishankuliyeva/Safiya Sharipova and the all-Turkmen duo of Aynur Annamyradova/Nazli Hudaykuliyeva.
It is worth noting that the tournament is taking place in the Tennis Complex of the Olympic village in Ashgabat. Representatives of 12 countries are taking part in the competition, including tennis players from the UK, India, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
The winners of the semi-final matches will continue the fight for the main trophy of the tournament in the final match.
