The second stage of the 8th “Belt and Road” Camp for teenagers and a training seminar for teachers will be held in the Chinese city of Kunming. The event, organized by the Economic Cooperation Organization Science Foundation (ECOSF), will bring together approximately 300 participants from 38 countries.
Turkmenistan will be represented by five students and two teachers from Ashgabat, Arkadag and other regions of the country. Delegates will take part in cultural events, educational seminars and discussions aimed at strengthening international ties and stimulating interest in science and innovation.
– The participation of our delegation demonstrates Turkmenistan’s desire for active international cooperation and improving the quality of education. Thanks to the support of ECOSF, such events contribute to strengthening scientific and educational ties between countries, as well as the development of professional skills and knowledge of participants, stated the press service of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
The camp program provides for the exchange of experience between teachers and familiarization with advanced educational practices.
In addition to the main program, the Turkmen delegation will visit the historical and cultural sights of Kunming, which will permit participants to better understand Chinese culture.
The “Belt and Road” camp and accompanying teacher workshop are part of a broader initiative to strengthen scientific and educational ties between participating countries.
