1. Turkmenistan received the news of the attempt on the life of the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, with deep concern. “The Turkmen side strongly condemns this act of violence and wishes Donald Trump a speedy recovery”, - the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in a statement. On July 13, during Donald Trump's speech at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, shooting began and the former US President was wounded in the ear. Two more people were injured, one was killed.

2. The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belgium hosted a presentation of a music video dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. The video for a rap song about Turkmenistan, performed by the Belgian artist Tony, was filmed in famous locations in Brussels and at the embassy itself. Ambassador Sapar Palvanov emphasized the importance of Magtymguly Fragi for Turkmen culture and world literature, citing an excerpt from his poem “Better”.

3. On July 15-16, 2024, a large-scale national exhibition of Turkmen goods “Made in Turkmenistan” will be held in Tashkent.
