The State Educational and Methodological Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan is hosting pedagogical forums dedicated to the new “Concept for improving teaching methods in general education programs in Turkmenistan until 2028” and the action plan for its implementation. This was reported in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
This document defines work aimed at ensuring the continuity and interconnectedness of education provided in children’s institutions and secondary schools, bringing the quality of educational services in line with international standards, and the formation of a comprehensively educated, intellectually developed younger generation.
The new Concept In the field of education also declares the adoption of practical measures aimed at deepening professional knowledge by expanding the range of training of teaching staff, improving the content and forms of training based on new technologies, and introducing into the national education system indicators of international programs that assess the quality of education.
Thus, at the conference held in Yzgant at the State Educational and Methodological Center of Turkmenistan, issues related to the significance of the Concept in improving the national education system in accordance with high international standards were discussed.
The conference was attended by employees of educational institutions from Ashgabat and velayats, including students of advanced training courses, the work of which was organized these days at the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan.
According to established tradition, the scientific and methodological conference was organically supplemented by an excursion to the school historical and ethnographic museum and the organization of a targeted book exhibition at the school library.
Let us remind that the new Concept was approved by a special Resolution of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on May 25.
