A Japanese company has developed an innovative filter that can transform angry screams into calm speech using artificial intelligence. This is reported by gazeta.ru with reference to Oddity Central.
The development of the filter took about three years. According to engineers, the program automatically recognizes a person's scream and converts it into polite speech.
The creators of the filter plan to first test the system on call center employees who regularly encounter dissatisfied customers.
“We developed the emotion suppression system in response to the social problem of customer harassment of call center employees and to protect them”, - the company said in a statement.
It is important to note that the filter does not change a single word said by the person, maintaining the accuracy of the information.
