At the beginning of June, representatives of various media outlets of Turkmenistan took part in a seminar on the exchange of best practices in the field of media modernization, which was held in the capital of Estonia. The objectives of the visit also included familiarization with the activities of the Estonian press services.

Journalists of Turkmenistan got acquainted with the activities of a number of Estonian media, press services of various departments and public relations departments.
Meetings with employees of the media company Duo Media Networks OÜ and Delfi Meedia AS were particularly useful in terms of exchanging experiences and methods of practical work. Duo Media Networks OÜ includes seventeen TV channels and six radio stations. The company's flagship is Kanal 2, one of the oldest private TV channels in Estonia.
