The President of Turkmenistan issued a decree on personnel reshuffles of judges and assignment of qualification classes to them

The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov issued a Decree “On the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan and the assignment of qualification classes to them”.

According to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, in accordance with Articles 54, 56 and 72 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, the Decree stipulates:

• appoint Orazmyradov Gaygysyz Kakabayevich as deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, releasing him from the post of judge of the Lebap velat Court;
• appoint Jumamyrat Charyevich Achylov as chairman of the Dashoguz velayat court, releasing him from the post of deputy chairman of the Ashgabat City Court;
• appoint Allaberenov Amangeldi Dovletgeldiyevich as deputy chairman of the Ashgabat City Court, releasing him from the post of judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan;
• appoint Tulekova Sulgunjemal Saparbayevna as a judge of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat, releasing her from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
• appoint Charyev Mekan Yazmyradovich as a judge of the Turkmenkalinsky etrap court of the Mary velayat, releasing him from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Buzmeyin etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
• appoint Tuvakmyradov Soltanmyrat Tuvakmyradovich as a judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
• appoint Ilyasov Mekan Ashyrgeldiyevich as a judge of the court of the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
• appoint Tokayeva Mahrijemal Rejepmuratovna as a judge of the court of the Gorogly etrap of Dashoguz velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;
• appoint Ayna Jumageldiyevna Geldiyeva as a judge of the Turkmenabat City Court of Lebap velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;
• due to the expiration of his term of office, release Maksat Bayramovich Atayev from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Buzmeyin etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
• due to the expiration of his term of office, release Ovezmyrat Yaranovich Atayev from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kerki etrap court of Lebap velayat.
