The Murgab valley is famous for its picturesque places. In one of these places in the Mary etrap, the modern comfortable children's health center “Arkadagyn bagtyyar nesilleri” is located, which has been operating for the tenth year.
This famous children's recreation center is located on five hectares with green spaces occupying more than half of the territory. Gazebos, playgrounds, sidewalks and bridges, and children's attractions are buried in their shade.
The usable area of each of the three floors of the health resort is almost three thousand square meters. All conditions have been created here for the development of children and broadening their horizons. In addition to cozy dormitory buildings, there is a cultural center with an assembly hall, computer literacy classes, and a cinema.
Of course, all this gives the child care center a special charm. Here, against the backdrop of natural space and natural beauty, 300 children receive proper rest during each shift.
Excellent conditions have also been created for group work with children: a music studio, folk arts and crafts.
On the territory of the child care center there are playgrounds, sports grounds, a swimming pool, a first-aid post, and a gym.
The cultural program of the child care center, in addition to sports games, competitions, literary readings, quizzes, competitions for children, also includes excursions to the historical and cultural reserve “Ancient Merv”, exhibition halls of the velayat Museum of History and Local Lore, and hikes to the sights of the velayat.
Also, hundreds of young residents of the Murgab valley went on vacation to health centers on the shores of the Caspian Sea and in Geokdere, in the foothills of the Kopetdag, for the summer holidays, the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reported.
