A representative of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan took part in the parliamentary meeting, which was held on May 19-21 within the framework of the 10th World Water Forum in Bali, Republic of Indonesia.
The meeting was organized by the House of Representatives and the Parliamentary Union. The purpose of the forum is to strengthen the legislative framework for action to combat water shortages, strengthen parliamentary cooperation in ensuring safe water supply, and join efforts to ensure overall water security and prosperity.
The Turkmen delegate took part in the section “Cross-border and interdepartmental dialogue in the name of peace and water supply”, according to the website of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
