In the capital of Tajikistan, the Embassy of Turkmenistan organized a special exhibition dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
The event took place as part of the international event “Night of Museums” with the participation of the National Museum of Tajikistan. The exhibition was attended by representatives of the ministries of culture of the two countries, the diplomatic corps, students from Turkmenistan and residents of Dushanbe.
As part of the ceremony, books by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, works by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, collections of Magtymguly’s poems in various languages of the world, as well as examples of Turkmen decorative and applied arts were presented.
