Scientists from the University of Munich conducted a study in which 296 people with various types of acne and rosacea took part. The results of the study showed that people with skin diseases had significantly less vegetables, fruits, potatoes and soy products in their diets.
At the same time, healthy people had less meat and honey in their diets.

Legumes, nuts, olive oil, fatty fish, as well as fruits and vegetables will help improve skin condition. It is also recommended to reduce the consumption of cheese, meat and alcoholic beverages.
