The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye hosted a roundtable discussion on the results of important government meetings, in particular the Cabinet of Ministers meeting held on February 9 and the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held on February 22.
The meeting was attended by leaders and representatives of the Turkic World Youth Foundation, student youth, and media representatives.
Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Türkiye M. Ishangulyev briefed the participants on the main tasks for the successful implementation of the Programme of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan and Investments for 2024, which is aimed at further improving the living standards of the Turkmen people.
Particular attention was paid to the declaration of 2024 in Turkmenistan as the Year of “The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi”. Within the framework of this year, a number of events are planned at the national and international levels to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.
