Turkmenistan strengthens international partnership on the basis of positive neutrality

Over the years of independence, Turkmenistan has built a balanced multi-vector diplomacy based on the principles of permanent positive neutrality. The country has established diplomatic relations with more than 150 states and is actively developing partnerships in the international arena.

Based on the solid foundation of neutrality, Turkmenistan conducts equal dialogue to strengthen peace, security and prosperity. In a new analytical article, Arzuw News examined the main directions and achievements of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy.

The publication notes that Turkmenistan consistently adheres to the principles of peace and openness in foreign policy. The country is developing a strategic energy partnership in the region, relying on rich hydrocarbon reserves and increasing gas supplies to Russia, Iran, and China.

Based on the principles of permanent positive neutrality, the country is building up equal, mutually beneficial partnerships with foreign partners.

As a reliable supplier of energy resources in the region, Turkmenistan plays an important role in ensuring energy security and strengthening stability in Central Asia. Actively participating in solving global problems of sustainable development, the country consistently defends the ideals of humanism and justice in world politics.
