President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Kuwait, the Watan news program of Turkmen television reported.
“Taking this opportunity, the head of state wished Emir Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah good health and happiness, and wishes peace, further progress and prosperity to all the people of the State of Kuwait,” the statement said.
Note that Kuwait National Day is celebrated annually on February 25th. On this day, folk festivals, concerts and shows are held throughout the country.
