Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took the initiative to legislate the cultural heritage of Magtymguly Fragi during a meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty, TDH reports.
“The President of the country signed the Law “On the establishment of the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna.” I believe that in continuation of such initiatives, based on a creative approach, it is advisable to legislatively consolidate in the future the cultural heritage of Magtymguly Fragi and thereby perpetuate it,” said the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
The head of the highest body of people's power of Turkmenistan also emphasized that the ideas of humanism of Magtymguly Fragi serve as a guideline leading to love and harmony. Therefore, the study and popularization of his heritage is important both in Turkmenistan and abroad.
