The President of Turkmenistan made personnel changes in the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, during an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, made personnel changes in the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reported today.

By decree of the head of state, Nazarmyrat Nazarmyradov was relieved of his post as Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan “in connection with a transfer to another job”.

The President of Turkmenistan appointed Charyyar Purievich Chetiev as the new head of the Ministry of Agriculture, releasing him from the post of deputy minister.

Charyyar Chetiev was born in 1986 in the city of Ashgabat. In 2012 he graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov. By profession - land management engineer.

After graduating from university in 2012–2016, he worked in various positions in the land resources service under the Ministry of Agriculture.

From 2016 to 2019 – chief specialist of the structural unit of the State Committee for Environmental Protection and Land Resources.

In the period 2019–2022, he worked in various positions in structural divisions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.

In 2022–2023 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection for Land Resources.

In September 2023 - Head of the Land Resources Service Department of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Since the end of September 2023, he worked as Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Land Resources.
