The head coach of the Roman club, Daniele De Rossi, said that he had made changes to the team’s application for the 2023/24 Europa League matches, writes Sport24.
According to De Rossi, he independently made only three personnel changes in the composition.
– My priority was to have players with reserve options in each position. Previously, there was only one winger in the application - Paulo Dybala, so I invited Baldazini. And given that Andrea Belotti left the team, and Tammy Abraham is not yet ready to take the field after an injury, I also included Serdar Azmun in the squad,” the press service of the Roman club quotes De Rossi as saying.
Let us remind you that Serdar Azmun moved from Bayer Leverkusen to Roma on a one-year loan in August 2023. The footballer wears number 17 in the Roman club.
This season, the 29-year-old forward played 13 games for Roma in Serie A and scored 1 goal.
