President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree conferring the special rank of Major General of Police to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Hydyrov Muhammet Allamyradovich, TDH reports.
The corresponding Decree, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, was signed by the head of state during an extended on-site meeting of the State Security Council following the results of 2023.
“To assign the special rank of police major general to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, police colonel Hydyrov Muhammet Allamyradovich,” the text of the document says.
