The President of Turkmenistan approved quotas for the admission of graduate students to graduate school, doctoral students to doctoral studies in scientific fields, registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as admission of residents to clinical residency in 2024. The head of state signed the corresponding Order during a working meeting on Monday, TDH reports.
This decision was made “for the purpose of scientific substantiation of the fundamental transformations being implemented in the country, the introduction of scientific achievements in the economy and in all areas, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel.”
