An event to celebrate the 28th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan and a cultural evening dedicated to the life and creative path of the great thinker and classical poet of the East Magtymguly Fragi took place in London.
The events took place in the building of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
Representatives of the branch of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World in Great Britain, Turkmen students studying at local universities, as well as citizens of Turkmenistan living in London took part in the celebration.
The participants were familiarized with the reforms being carried out in Turkmenistan, the policy of positive neutrality and the initiatives put forward by the country in the field of international relations.
At the creative evening, information was presented about the life and creative path of Magtymguly Fragi, poems and reflections of the poet.
