Grodno State Medical University (GrSMU) is one of the largest medical universities in Belarus. Students from 31 countries study there, reports BELTA.
Turkmenistan ranks fifth in terms of the number of students at Grodno State Medical University. At present time, 67 students from this country are studying at the university. In total, 1209 students study at the faculty of foreign
students - 788 from Sri Lanka, 105 from India, 103 from Nigeria, 78 from the Maldives, 67 from Turkmenistan.
Foreign students study in 44 departments of the university and study 62 disciplines.
Teaching Russian-speaking students is carried out by the entire teaching staff of the university. Teachers who have completed courses and are certified in English work with English-speaking students.
