Today in Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Park Jin.
As the “Watan” news program announced, during the meeting the parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and interaction through international organizations.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Park Jin expressed satisfaction with the high pace of development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
The head of state noted that an important factor in the comprehensive strengthening of Turkmen-Korean relations is the established open and trusting dialogue at the highest level.
In turn, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Park Jin expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet personally and the invitation to take part in the 16th Cooperation Forum “Central Asia – Republic of Korea”.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence in the further progressive development of the traditionally friendly interstate dialogue.
