Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Economic Affairs Hojamyrat Geldimyradov took part in the meeting of the heads of delegations participating in the meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov. This was reported by the press service of the leader of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Welcoming the guests of the meeting, Japarov noted that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization acts as a reliable platform for fruitful cooperation in the interests of global peace and progress.

“I am confident that during today’s meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the SCO, a wide range of multifaceted cooperation within the SCO will be discussed and relevant decisions and documents will be adopted that will make a significant contribution to the further strengthening and development of our Organization”, - said President Sadyr Japarov.

A meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government will be held in Bishkek on October 26. Within its framework, current issues of interaction and strengthening cooperation between the SCO member countries will be considered and a number of documents will be signed.
