Russian President Vladimir Putin sent birthday greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

I look forward to continuing our constructive dialogue and close collaboration on current issues of the bilateral and international agenda for the benefit of our friendly peoples, in the interests of ensuring security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region,” the congratulatory message says.
The head of the Russian Federation wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, prosperity and success in government activities, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported.
