1. The final round of the creative competition among gifted children “Pearls of Independence” will be held in Ashgabat. On this occasion, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed its participants with a greeting. According to the head of state, the “Pearls of Independence” competition held within the framework of the “Golden Age of Turkmens” competition of the President of Turkmenistan is one of the important cultural events designed to instill in the young generation a love for the world of art.

2. The Turkmen delegation, which is on a working visit to France, met with French companies. During the meeting, the Turkmen side briefed representatives of the French business with the key areas of economic development and the investment potential of the country. After exchanging views on enhancing and expanding Turkmen-French cooperation, the participants of the meeting identified the oil and gas and gas chemical industries, the electric power industry, transport and communications, the medical industry and pharmaceuticals, the financial and banking sector, as well as the water management complex as promising vectors of partnership.

From September 17 to 24, another group of Turkmen filmmakers will be sent to Türkiye to shoot video material for documentaries prepared by the Oguzhan “Turkmenfilm” Association about Magtymguly Fragi. The film crew will visit Ankara, Istanbul and Konya, where there are many places associated with the name of the Turkmen poet.

The prospects for expanding the Turkmen-Japanese cooperation in the field of science and education were discussed by the President of Turkmenistan with the head of the Japanese University of Tsukuba. During the meeting, it was noted that both countries consider the opening wide prospects for deepening traditional Turkmen-Japanese ties in the field of science and education as an essential condition for comprehensive development and progress. In the opinion of the parties, a lot of joint work has already been done in the field of scientific cooperation, at the same time, there are great opportunities for expanding partnerships.

5. Representatives of Turkmenistan will take part in the second international festival of folk art “One Belt, One Road - Great Wall”, which will be held in China from September 15 to 18. Turkmen folk art will be presented at the festival by the music and dance group of the State Institute of Culture of Turkmenistan.

9. Ilima Huseynova from Turkmenistan started successfully at the Asian Tennis Championship among juniors under 14, which is being held for the first time in the Cambodian capital. She defeated Indian rival Suryanshi Shekhawat in the first round of the tournament. 24 leading tennis players from Asia and Oceania compete at the tournament. Ilima Huseynova trains at the “Ashgabat” Tennis Academy under the guidance of Mirali Hasanov and currently ranks 13th in the Asian ranking among juniors under 14 years old.

10. The next national basketball championship among men's and women's teams has started in the capital of Turkmenistan. Six teams take part in the tournament - teams from the velayats of Turkmenistan and Ashgabat. The championship will be held in a round robin system. The first round was held on September 5. The final of the tournament is scheduled for September 9. Competitions are held at the sports ground of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports.
