8. Kyrgyzstan gave Uzbekistan four boarding houses on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake for long-term use for 49 years. Currently, four boarding houses - "Golden Sands", "Rahat", "Dilorom" and the unfinished "Buston" are recognized as unprofitable due to poor condition and worn out infrastructure. In turn, Uzbek investors expressed their readiness to invest in each of the boarding houses in the amount of 15 to 20 million dollars.
