Projects for the development of the city of Arkadag were considered by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Saturday as part of a working trip, the Watan information program of the Turkmen television reported.
Upon arrival at the construction site of the mosque, he was presented with projects of the mosque of the city of Arkadag, outbuildings, exterior and interior decoration of the mosque, the museum of the city of Arkadag and drawings of their location, as well as samples of various types of wood and marble used in the decoration of buildings.
After reviewing the drawings, the National Leader of the Turkmen people held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for the construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the Hyakim of the city of Arkadag Sh. Durdyliev.
“As part of the second phase of the construction of a new city, innovative technologies and the latest methods should be actively used,” Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said and emphasized that it should become a city with an innovative, industrial complex.
“At the same time, it is necessary to pay special attention to the ecological state of the city. Mass planting of tree seedlings, expansion of park areas and compliance with environmental standards during the construction of production facilities are the main requirements for the second phase of the construction of a new city,” the head of the highest representative body of the people’s power of Turkmenistan emphasized and instructed to keep these issues under strict control.
Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people got acquainted with the types of vehicles that are planned to be used in the activities of the economic structures of the city of Arkadag.
Emphasizing the importance of unremitting control over maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of the city, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of compliance with the requirements for vehicles. He also instructed to establish a coordinated operation of electronic indicators in the city.
