Turkmenistan is ready to host the Games of the countries of Central Asia and the Persian Gulf. This was stated by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, speaking at the first summit of the states of Central Asia and the Persian Gulf, which took place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
“The organization of the first International Sports Games of the states of Central Asia and the Gulf Cooperation Council can be an initial step in this direction. We believe that such games should be open in nature, and Turkmenistan is ready to provide modern specialized infrastructure for holding this event and create optimal conditions for its participants,” President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
