At the Summit in Jeddah, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov spoke in favor of strengthening trade ties and gradually increasing the volume of mutual trade between the states of Central Asia and the Gulf, reports "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
“To achieve these goals, we propose to discuss the creation of the Chamber of Commerce of the Central Asian countries and the Gulf Cooperation Council,” the head of state said.
The Turkmen leader also stressed that there are great prospects for investment partnership, and Turkmenistan is always ready to cooperate in the implementation of investment projects in priority sectors of the economy.
“In this regard, we propose to hold the First Investment Forum of Central Asian countries and the Gulf Cooperation Council in Turkmenistan in 2024,” President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
