Opel introduced an updated logo

German automaker Opel has unveiled an updated Blitz logo that splits the zipper down the center and makes it sharper. This was done to emphasize the company's proximity to the era of electromobility, since Blitz means “lightning” in German.

The new logo will appear on the first models starting in 2024. By 2028, Opel intends to completely switch to electric vehicles in Europe.

In 2020, the company has already updated its logo, making it lighter and changing the corporate font.
