Turkmen football referee Resul Mammedov will work in the elite category of referees at competitions under the auspices of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the FFT reports.
At the last stage of recruiting, Resul Mammedov's work was reviewed by AFC and FIFA instructors Ismail Alhavi (Jordan) and Jacob Rodzali (Malaysia).
“The Asian Football Confederation on June 14 officially informed the Football Federation of Turkmenistan that 31-year-old FIFA referee Resul Mammedov from Ashgabat has successfully passed the final stage of recruiting and will be invited to the AFC Elite Referee Seminar,” the report says.
