Five-day AFC Level 1B courses for physical fitness trainers have been completed in Ashgabat. The training was conducted by AFC instructor from Iran Parnov Abdolhossein, the Football Federation of Turkmenistan reports. 11 fitness trainers took part in the training courses.
As noted in the message of the FFT, this course is a continuation of the Level 1A course, which took place in Ashgabat in 2019. The educational process included theoretical and practical aspects of functional training in football.
Coaches who successfully passed the exams will become holders of the AFC Level 1 international fitness certificate.
