The OSCE Center in Ashgabat intends to implement the project “Raising awareness of domestic violence and assistance to victims of domestic violence”, in connection with which it announces the acceptance of proposals from potential implementing partners for the implementation of the project.
Applicants must apply in English or Russian. Handwritten applications are not accepted. Applications, which include a technical and financial proposal, must be submitted in separate PDF files to: Tenders-TM@osce.org no later than May 23, 2023, 17:00 local time.
