In the museum of one of the cities of Great Britain, in the county of Worcestershire, children who came with an excursion painted one of the statues presented in the museum with colored crayons, the MIR 24 portal writes.

Museum staff were able to clean the painted nose, forehead, eyes and cheeks of the statue without using any chemicals.

According to the representative of the National Trust - an organization for the preservation of the cultural, historical and natural heritage of Britain, such cases are the exception rather than the rule. Museum visitors generally treat the exhibits with respect and do not engage in vandalism.
