Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the presidential and parliamentary elections in the republic are scheduled for May 14.
“I call on the representatives of our youth, who will take part in the elections for the first time, to make the right choice during the voting, which will be held on May 14”, Erdogan said at a meeting with youth in Bursa, writes TASS.
Erdogan also said that on March 10 he would sign a decree on holding elections on May 14. “We will use the powers officially granted to us on March 10, after which the 60-day period provided by law for holding elections will begin”, the head of the Republic of Türkiye said.
