1. The Anau city in Turkmenistan has been elected the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024. The decision was taken following the results of the 39th meeting of the Permanent Council of the Ministers of Culture of the TURKSOY member countries in Bursa. A delegation from Turkmenistan headed by Minister of Culture Atageldy Shamuradov is participating in the meeting of the TURKSOY Council.
2. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will visit the United Arab Emirates in November this year. The issues of organizing the visit were discussed at the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Berdyniyaz Matiev with the UAE Ambassador Ahmed Al-Hai Al-Hameli.
3. From November 7, 2022, drivers of foreign and Turkmen vehicles will be allowed to enter, exit and transit through the territory of Turkmenistan. For freight transport, 10 automobile checkpoints are opened. Entry and exit are permitted at border crossings with the state borders of Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
4. Turkish Airlines will make four charter flights on the Ashgabat-Istanbul route in November. The flights will be operated on November 14, 19, 21 and 26, 2022. Turkish Airlines aircraft will depart Ashgabat at 18:45 and land at Istanbul Airport at 20:55.

In Turkmenistan, with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the next stage of a large-scale planting campaign was launched within the framework of the implementation of the National Forest Program. This year, according to the Decree of the head of state, it is prescribed to plant 3 million seedlings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grapes, including 1,5 million - by ministries and departments, as well as the capital's hyakimlik.
