1. Over 160 thousand tourists visited Azerbaijan in October this year, which is 76% more than in the same period in 2021. In accordance with the data presented, over 1,4 thousand citizens arrived from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan for tourism purposes.

2. From December 2, 2022, Turkish Airlines will increase the number of flights from Turkmenbashi to Istanbul from two to three per week. Regular flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

3. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov demanded to provide markets and shops with various goods and prevent price increases at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. Addressing Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Atdayev, who is in charge of the trade complex, the head of state noted the need to further increase the production of consumer goods. “In connection with the onset of the winter season, especially on holidays, it is important to control the supply of markets and shops with various goods, to prevent price increases”, Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.

4. Actors of Ashgabat theaters are on tour in Turkmenabat. Performances of the Main Academic Drama Theater of Turkmenistan named after S. Turkmenbashi the Great and the State Russian Drama Theater named after Pushkin will be shown on the stage of the State Music and Drama Theater of the Lebap velayat named after S.
