The national pavilion of Turkmenistan was deployed at the largest international tourism exhibition in Japan, Tourism Expo Tokyo 2022, which opened today.
The national stand of the country presents tourism enterprises and companies, the main tourism products and the proposed travel routes. There are a lot of information materials, booklets and albums that tell about Turkmenistan – the heart of the Great Silk Road.
Turkmenistan with its original cultural traditions, ancient history, many unique historical and architectural monuments and amazing natural attractions is always popular with tourists.
In addition, foreign tour operators and travel lovers were introduced to the traditions and customs of the Turkmen people, national holidays, which attract many foreign guests and tourists in Turkmenistan.
Every year, the expoforum, which is attended by over 130 thousand people, is attended by travel companies and industry representatives from more than 100 countries, including Turkmenistan. The very participation in the forum speaks, first of all, about the demand for the tourist product of Turkmenistan in the world market.
Within the framework of the Tourism Expo Tokyo 2022, forums and seminars are planned to be held on topics related to the sustainable development of the tourism industry. Moreover, the guests of the event will be able to enjoy the national cuisine of the countries participating in the exposition, which has long become a tradition for the annual Japan Tourism EXPO.
