A two-day exhibition of economic achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the country's independence, opened in Ashgabat today.
At the solemn opening ceremony, the Address of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov was read to its participants.
“I am convinced that the exposition of economic achievements, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the independence of the Turkmen state, will become an important platform for the development of cooperation between the public and private sectors, the wide promotion of domestic goods and services that occupy a vast niche in the world market, as well as our projects!” - said the leader of the country.
The exhibition is attended by key organizations and enterprises of the public sector, and also successful private companies representing all sectors of the national economy of the country.
The main goal of the large-scale exposition is to show not only the achievements, but also the potential of economic sectors, the results of fundamental reforms, and also the effectiveness of public-private cooperation.
The exhibition will continue its work tomorrow. At the end of the forum, participants will be awarded diplomas and certificates.
