In the nearest time, a number of visits of the Russian Delegations to Turkmenistan are outlined, including the Head of the Russian Railways (Oleg Belozerov). It was stated by Russian Ambassador to Ashgabat Alexander Blokhin during a briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, reports the News Agency “RZHD-Partner.RU”.
Blokhin also stressed that “at present time, when the active processes of formation of new logistics in the Asian region are underway, Turkmenistan, located in the center of the region, can become one of the main crossroads of multimodal corridors.”
The diplomat added that the Russian Federation aims to strengthen cooperation with Turkmenistan.
“A number of visits are expected in the near future, including the head of Russian Railways,” he said.
