The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Turkmen Investment Company” was established with the joint participation of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund of the United Arab Emirates in order to improve the investment policy of Turkmenistan in accordance with world experience.
