The first bronze medal has appeared in the piggy bank of the Turkmenistan team at the VII International Sports Games “Children of Asia” holding in Russia. Aly Sytdyev won it in the Greco-Roman wrestling tournament. He achieved this success in the weight category up to 62 kg.
Gold in this weight was won by Russian Yegor Kalashnikov, silver - Nurmuhammad Rozikov from Uzbekistan. Russian Irakli Chkhapelia became the second bronze medalist.
Let us remind that the VII International Sports Games “Children of Asia” will last until August 8. Athletes aged 13-16 from 13 countries participate in the competition. They will compete for 273 sets of medals in 19 sports.
