As we reported earlier, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan has amended the rules, requiring the wearing of masks for all citizens of the country.
Starting from June 6, from the moment of signing the relevant order, it is necessary to wear protective masks only in the following cases:
- when crossing the State borders of Turkmenistan;
- in enclosed public spaces;
- in all types of public transport.
It is established that the rules do not apply to children of preschool age.
Also, let us note that at present time, the Department of road supervision of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan notifies drivers of personal vehicles that it is possible to be in the car without a medical mask.
At the same time, the department verifies that taxi and public transport drivers must wear a mask.
