Qualification for the leSF World Dota2 Esports Championship starts in Turkmenistan

The National Electronic Sports Federation of Turkmenistan announced about the start of registration of teams to participate in national qualifying games in the Doat2 discipline to form a team for the upcoming 14th leSF World Esports Championships 2022.

Qualifiers will be held August 1-14, 2022. Registration will be available on the TMESF website from June 20 and will last until June 25 inclusive, or close when the threshold of 32 teams is reached. Any team consisting of citizens of Turkmenistan from 16 years old, who are in the country, can register.

The games will be built in a tournament bracket and will be held in the Single Elimination BO1 online knockout format. The 8 strongest teams will go further in the tournament bracket and fight in the arena in the offline Single Elimination BO3 format.

The winning team of the national qualifiers will represent Turkmenistan at the 14th leSF World Esports Championships 2022 in Bali (Indonesia).

The total prize fund of the World Esports Championships Finals in 2022 will be 500 thousand USD. Representatives from 120 countries will compete in such popular games as Dota2, Tekken 7, and Counter-Strike: GlobalOffensive and the eFootball series, PUBG Mobile and MobileLegends: Bang Bang.
