Turkmenistan and Russia will sign a Declaration on deepening strategic partnership during the upcoming June 10 official visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Moscow. The Kremlin's Press Service has reported it today.
The message notes that during the talks, the leaders of the countries will discuss the whole range of issues of further development of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian areas, as well as current day regional and international topics.
This will be the first official foreign visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov after his inauguration as President of Turkmenistan on March 19, 2022.
To recap, last week the head of Turkmenistan visited Saudi Arabia, where he performed the Umrah Hajj (small pilgrimage) to Mecca and Medina – the main shrines of Islam.
