The Photo Contest “Only One Earth” was announced by the United Nations Development Program on the occasion of World Environment Day, which is celebrated on June 5th.
Only citizens of Turkmenistan aged 15 to 24, not professional photographers, could be participants in the photo contest.
It is necessary to send 1-2 photos showing the beauty of the nature of Turkmenistan or the results of the harmful effects of man on the environment for participation. Photos should be taken only in Turkmenistan and be accompanied by a description that simultaneously reflects the point of view of the author (2-3 sentences).
Photo requirements:
- Photos must be copyrighted, i.e. participants must be the authors of the submitted photos (plagiarism is not permitted);
- Photo format - jpeg with high resolution (640 by 320 pixels or higher);
- Sending photos automatically confirms the author's consent to their use by UNDP.

In the covering letter, indicate the name and age of the author, when and where the photo was taken and a brief description (2-3 sentences).
The winners of the competition will be awarded with souvenirs and certificates from UNDP.
